A lot of interchangeability with both individual fighters & pairings, but hiwever things shake out there are a plethora of options & the roster is stacked.

I don't think there will be any form of a title fight added to the McGregor/Chandler card even if they agreed to no PPV points. Pennington said she doesn't want to fight until September or so but she's not injured & I think if the UFC pressures her she will fight earlier. Pennington vs Pena/Harrison could also headline a fight night, same way Grasso/Shevchenko 2 did.

Tybura/Spivak 2 isn't a match I'd want to see, we already know how that fight looks. UFC can either re-build Tai a bit by giving him lower tier heavyweights to beat or serve him up to a rising heavyweight like Robelis Despaigne.

Also as a personal preference I'd rather see Blanchfield/Barber or Barber/Namajunas than Blanchfield/Namajunas. They all make sense rankings wise though.

The only problem is figuring which fighters to push back. Do Oliveira &/or Gamrot wanna wait that long? Will Pereira be cool with late-October?

The roster is kind of ridiculous right now. No big superstars like Brock/Ronda/Prime Conor but a ton of stars, burgeoning stars, & overall depth.

Ok.....but how much did Fiorot gain in popularity by beating Rose? It didn't really do anything for her and she still had to go on to fight Blanchfield. Killing off the higher ranked contender and cementing herself as the number one contender did more for her than facing Rose.

Fighting X fighter who is lower ranked just because they have some name value doesn't really do anything unless it's Conor. Facing Blanchfield would do more for her and increase her ranking. Plus they've already been trash talking each other for the past year, there's a natural beef.
