  • Shake 1.5 scoops whey 14oz 2% milk, 2oz almonds, 1 small supreme protein bar (sooooo good)
  • Chipotle listed before
  • 3.5oz cheese, 50g dark chocolate (85% pure)
  • Supreme protein bar
  • hormel beanless chili
  • cottage cheese

No yogurt today. I feel rather good full of energy but hungry a couple times. Heavy day of lifting tomorrow and cheat day.
 
Apparently I have been doing this wrong all along. I have been eating whatever I want (minus grains in huge qunatities) and I lose weight. Down another 1.5 pounds all this while loading creatine.

Today is cheat day soooo:

3 bacon egg cheese hot pockets (will not do again to many carbs)

almonds

Large taco salad and organic cheese enchiladas, 40g 85% dark chocolate

PreWo whole wheat pasta with chicken in tuscan cream sauce

PoWO tons of ravioli and 3 cheese tomato vodka cream sauce (I made sauce its great)

Cottage cheese
 
Massive breakfast today so i trimmed lunch down a bit:

  • Shake, 40g dark chocolate, wisconsin scrambled, loaded potato chunks, english muffin
  • taco salad 8oz beef, romaine and some small tomato bits, power crunch bar (YUM)

Last night I ate:

Dairy queen chicken tender basket I ate 5 of the 6 and ate all the fries tossed the bread. Carb smart ice cream bar. Cottage cheese later.

I forget what all I ate over the last couple days, been hovering around 199-200.

Yesterday I ate all kind of bullshit:
8 items form taco bell, some BK, a pint of ben and jerry's etc etc I was sick and jsut wanted tastey stuff. I ate all that and stayed 199 word.

Back to eating clean.

Awesome taco salad for lunch consisting of:
6 oz 92/8 ground beef
1/3 of a pouch of whole grain brown rice
2 servings of romaine lettuce
1/2 cup 2% mexican blend cheese
5 TBSP pico de gallo

soooooo good!

PreWo will be whoele grain pasta with chicken in tuscan cream sauce
 
Breakfast
2 slices whoel wheat toast, 4 slices bacon, 3 omega 3 eggs scrambled, 2 slices colby jack cheese, 1 small supreme protein bar

Snack

taco salad featuring 6oz ground beef, 1/2 cup brown rice, 5 TBSP pico de gallo, 1/2 cup of cheese, half bag of romaine

I have added a bit to much fat over the last months. So in an effort to trim back down below 200 over the course of this year I will log my eating so as to be held accountable Please give me shit when I eat shit.

I know I ate shit today so ignore that order for today;

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2/3 of a cheese cheese omelet , 3 slices bacon , 2 biscuits , 1/2 an order of stuffed strawberry covered french toast
  • Graduation party- 3 small subs (4 inch) 2 slices of colby on each 6 slices salami on each, 4 tortilla chips on each (yes I am weird.), raw carrots and broccoli.
  • 5 hard tacos supreme, 1 chili cheese burrito extra cheese

  • 2-1/3 lb 93/7 beef patties, 1 cup of whole wheat pasta smothered in home made cheese sauce
