Missed Weds and Fri workouts due to some traveling so I just combined them today. And my 6 year old started wrestling this week. His practices are fucking intense, I was a little caught off guard how hard they push the kids. They have to prepare them for the matches though so it makes sense. And it is one of the coolest things I have ever seen watching my son in practice. 2 hrs a day twice a week with tourneys on Suns. First tourney is Dec 8th, I can't wait.
