Plane passengers once again halt a deportation

Stupid people with misguided and misplaced sympathy .
The rapist should be in jail for a long dam time. Being deported is setting him free.
How long do dams last?
But no he should be executed if the charge is true

It doesn't matter he was being deported legally for legal reasons.

Sure. Like the level of outrage here would be the same if the deported foreigner in question had turned out to be some college kid who had overstayed a student visa. Which is probably the sort of assumption that these overeager do-gooder's were working under.

Why is everyone in this thread pretending that the passengers on the plane knew that this Somali was a convicted gang-rapist but were trying to block his deportation anyway?

Don't you understand how this just exposes you as politically motivated liars and does a disservice to the legitimate cause of immigration enforcement?

I really, really, hope you’re not serious.

This is quite the example of virtue signalling.

Man that Trudeau...

What a cuck face bitch. I mean seriously.

As for the woman in the background aghast with joy... what kind of pathetic idiot do you have to be to find that much joy in your president wearing rainbow gay pride socks?

Why? Just why?

Normal people see a man in custody and assume he committed a crime. These people failed to make this basic assumption, or worse. They deserve mockery.

Are there any cases of deportation from the UK in which the deported, regardless of reason for rejection, are not accompanied?

If I was on a plane how would I even know someone was being deported if there was not some sort of out-of-the-ordinary seating situation or obvious chaperoning?

Why are you trying to distract with nonsense? I would never personally try to protest a legal deportation. I just want people to be honest about the facts as they were known to these protesters at the time of their protest.

We know the facts, dude is a gang rapist.
They either knew this or they didn't, which makes them dead wrong in any scenario you try to concoct.

Perhaps the protestors were completely clueless as to why he was being deported, but why would someone feel strongly about protesting something like that without having a clue? Actually, this is probably the case with most protestors.. But still.

Would be a good example of how misplaced sympathy and the desire to virtue signal isn't good for guiding reasonable action.

So was the Somali in restraints? Was he in the obvious accompaniment of armed guards? The article in the OP was not that specific.

If you see the video, he's very clearly positioned at the back of the plane, away from other passengers and is surrounded by uniformed and non-uniformed staff, who are trying to explain to the increasingly angry passengers the situation.

Surely these people are getting charged with something. In a country where you can be arrested for a tweet they can't be getting away with that.

It's embarrassing, shameful and a stain on our country.

Bumbling morons cheering on their own demise.

This thread and the article linked in the OP are examples of deceptive, politically motivated outrage porn. Nothing more, nothing less.

"Insane Liberal Fights For Right Of Foreign Convicted Gang Rapist To Stay In The Country! Says, 'I would gladly accept this man as my next-door neighbor. I would let him babysit my daughters!'"

These are the faces of progress, the people that are ruining countries as we speak. The types that get innocent people raped and murdered.

As if some deportations involve immigrants just getting dropped off at the airport with federal agents saying, "Bon voyage! Good luck going home!"
