Teachers earn around 30,000 to 40,000 baht per month if you have a degree. Unless you can get a part time teaching role you wont have enough time to train properly.
what vaccinations should one have before going?
I think there are so many posts like these because most sherdoggers are jealous of others who have been to Thailand
How can you tell the ladys from the lady boys? Can the lady boys fight?
This is funny because I'm leaving for my fifth trip to Thailand in a few weeks.

Not really sure of any places as this will be my first time. But if you guys (who's been there before) can give me an estimated price of what can I expect to pay for the plane ticket? is greatly appreciated
Where are you headed this time?
How safe is it given recent events? My family is doing everything they can to talk me out of going to there. They're convinced I'm going to get kidnapped and held for ransom, or unknowingly break some law that will get me thrown in prison. Is there any way I can put their worrying minds at ease?
I'll be back at Sinbi.
Also, I've shared my information on Thailand a number of times, to the best of my ability. But there are so many posts and questions on here that could have very easily been answered with a Google search or even poking around on the forums here for more than thirty seconds. It seems like most of the time the poster doesn't really even care about the answer, they just want to tell everyone they're going to Thailand. I can't tell you how many times I've seen posts like, "GOING 2 THAILAND.... IS IT HOT????"
And as far as how camps and trainers will treat you if it's your first time: it really depends on the camp. If you go somewhere that does a majority of their business catering to tourists and first timers like Tiger or Rawai (both in Phuket), you'll be fine. As a matter of fact, you'll probably find at least twenty other people in your same exact position. But I wouldn't suggest showing up someplace like Kaewsamrit (which is in Bangkok).

I'm convinced there are so many "questions about Thailand" thread because I think most Sherdoggers want to stealth brag about their trip.
