Happened to me in the middle of round 1 of the final. I loaded up your other link just in the nick of time to see round 3.

Fight of the night was Takeru vs Ozawa, followed by Yamazaki vs Ilias.

Kaew proved his dominance. Also a good showing by Ilias. Murdered his quarterfinal opposition and finally notched a top name win in the semis. Just that war with Yamazaki took so much out of him before he hit the final.

Apparently WLF runs a huge stable where its fighters just live in the same dorm and train together. Masato was calling it the ideal training environment.

There's nothing for Kaew in K-1, and the rules make it annoying as fuck to watch. "How dare you touch his head with a come in knee. How dare you!" I'm surprised they didn't disqualify him. That's like someone not being allowed to do a spinning thingy because the other fighter doesn't know how to deal with it. If they don't want hard clinching that's fine, but they're going way overboard by not allowing a split second technique that doesn't interfere with the pacing/action at all.

Is Bulaid crying that Kaew cheated?

I don't really even care that much how they have the holding BUT the fighters should know how it is. Which half of them don't seem to.

In general it seems with every promotion outside of maybe Kunlun there is something going on. In Glory you can clinch, or well you could if half the refs let you. Then the scoring is okay so whatever Sitthichai does doesn't score as much. Next fight he probably does something else than last time and it'll be that which doesn't score so much.

Just be consistent. Shouldn't be one way with one ref and some other with another one.

Kaew, Petrosyan and Sitthichai are the three best kickboxers. All homogenized in balance, technique and rhythm. None of this combo spam and exotic spin crap that lesser fighters need because they can't do the basics right. Good going kickboxing.

#2 behind Sittichai? Which is basically where I had him before this win. As great as this performance was, hard to imagine him surpassing Sittichai without something drastic (like RvR getting a dominant win) happening.

Kaew showed improved hands, which is pretty scary. Hiroya is a scrappy punch specialist and Kaew strait up Mike Tyson'd him. I think Kaew is P4P #1 right now.

I wasnt able to watch live but i already watched this event on some posted videos,Kaew proved his dominance and already fought every shark on K-1 FW division,some cool fights on this event but i think that Yamazaki defeated Bulaid in normal time and Noiri vs Glunder was a mess with that idiotic no two hands clinch rule,it is just killing good fights,nothing bad on mark a limit to clinch,but totally ban two hands clinch already proved that it is being annoying stopping fights in the middle with this silly rule

Ya I just rewatched Yamazaki vs Bulaid without buffering and I scored it for Yamazaki in regular time. That Noiri vs Glunder fight epitomized clinchophobic reffing.

yeah bro,it is literally ruining matches,they have to stop it,they have a Thai champion on their most competitive organization,continuing with this stupid no two hand clinch rule they are going to ruining the quality of the fight of every of his title defenses....why they dont do like 3-5 second clinch?It is time to erase this rule

Kaew was just asked if he had any interest in participating in the new weight classes (57.5kg, 62.5kg, 67.5kg) and he said that he was interested in becoming champion over all of them. The Japanese reporters applauded him with a round of golf claps.
