Yeah we'll see how it goes. My original goals for this year have already been met minus squat, and so I'm trying to up the goals, so I have something more to work toward.
My original goals were:
Squat 375 (365)
Bench 275 (275)
Deadlift 450 (460)
So I don't think bumping those up to these numbers should be too difficult
Squat 400
Bench 300
Deadlift 500
The conditioning and weight loss could be another story. My thought though is that I'll work on weight loss and conditioning hard the next two months, bump the lifts back up after that, and then wrestling season should help me finish my weight loss goal.
