Europe is excepting that they even can't trust 0 word told by any U.S politician and that they will get 0 fighter jet and 31 tanks and 20 short range missiles if there will he war, during 2 years and a lot of empty talks.....empty waste of time for Ukr in reality U.S had sold them by 100% long ago ....
And we have scheduled municipal, parliament and EP elections in countries this year with U.S delaying supplies even scheduled to be paid immediately.
If we will block some next warrant letters, grants and loans plus assistance, Ukraine will be Russia till November.

Europe doesn't trust U.S for a reason and in any case will not allow to deplete stockpiles regardless what stuff will happen with Ukraine. This is realpolitik here.

They are burning out stockpiles a lot while Putin does have money to hire replacement and not likely will care about casualities.
He needs to annex ground as much as it is possible ar any cost. Once he told a lot about re establishment of Russian Empire, once about necessity to re introduce Warshaw block with Berlin under Kremlin etc.

Yes, Russia had used turtle tank.
It is armed tank and some kind of weapons does work a bit.
They had attached huge slat armour, ERA and block like NerA plus smoke dischargers, jammers and dazzlers... plus some other stuff. Like cope cage with decent " grill " too...etc.

Such tank worked normally for this purpose. Very heavy and slow and still good stuff for such purpose.

They needs shells for arty and mortars ASAP and air defense missiles.

We can't ask for example Finland or Poland deplete stockpiles...while U.S does have huge stockpiles from Cold War era... since U.S does have more modern stuff and anyway will not use very old shells etc...they might sent old stuff to Ukr...
About money if Zelensky will stop to talk about reconstruction and xxx billions Ukr needs for construction industry : then europe will gave them money... there are different ways : collective bill or individual bills without EP voting if one country decides to use their own funds...
