They does have more than one ...
While biggest problems for them are that after refineries striked they need to relocate at least some xxx radioelectronic warfare units from Ukr area in Russia. This most likely was reason why Ukr had striked these.
While U.S looks that are hestitant to provide Ukr old Cold war era shells and still instructing not to hurt their business partners refineries....and investments in Russia.

While Ukr can't impact russia's raw unprocessed crude oil production capacity and U.S , Japan and EU does have sufficient refineries capacity ....

A lot of components are produced in Kaliningrad and some city in Siberia.
Sorry, I use cities names with some transit from Russian and don't know ukr language, therefore I use Kiev instead of other version, I post Harkov instead of other version more likeable for Ukr etc.

This doesn't matter at all. Both sides still easily might replace losses without real problems. While problems with ammo and anti air defense are for Ukr. Biden for a reason is called as Briben. It makes sense. Dead to wounded ratio is generally 1:4. Last time the CIA estimated Russia casualties to be around 350k, which would signify roughly 70k dead.

Not in the stories was a video I saw on the BBC of a resident talking about the bodies being left an having to step or climb over. She said people cannot realize the horrible conditions being left by Russians. Just found the stories an posted the conditions on the ground.

Unlike other planes such as the F-35 or updated F-22 Lockheed fully interested in selling these next generation F-16 autonomous planes are fully expected to be sold to NATO members. Lockheed even more so given that a number of similar projects going on with major European defense contractors.
