Squats felt fucking strong. 270 was a weight I had tried to get 5 times a while back but couldn't. I got to 4 and failed. These went down fast and came up fast! Looking forward to leaving this behind me!

Bench is sucking. 190-205 is where I start to struggle with reps of 5. I think I am going to take a page from Cratos' handbook and do Push-ups. My shoulder was starting to twinge a bit during the build up to 190.

Rows are rows. Trying to keep tight and strict. Easy 170 is easy weight.

I felt really tight today. Many 45# warm ups on teh squat. Just couldn't shake the ache! Hips, and knees. Actually my knees have been aching a little throughout the day these days. The only thing I can think of is that the decline sit-ups might be agrivating them. I curl my legs around the pads, and there seems to be a lot of pressure there.

Incline is getting really heavy. Struggled on the last set.

Deadlift was superb today. Upper back rounding was happening on the last two reps, but for the most part I felt tight and strong off the floor. Can't wait to rep 405!

Front Squats are getting heavy too! My old 1 RM was 165 going into this programming.

Deadlift seems to be the one lift I can rely on to make me feel a little less weak.

I am considering a run at another round of 20 rep squats at some point. This time running it as written. I pussied out a little and went lighter than prescribed.

Squats felt fucking amazing today! I was a little lighter too. But I was just fucking amped to get under the bar. I defintely had 2 more reps in me at 275! #Feelsfuckinggoodman!

True enough. The Shrugmasert 3000 helps too.

Absolutely. As wisely pointed out by a friend of mine, shrugs are probably the #1 lift for letting people know that you even lift, Bro. Pretty much every other muscle group can be obscured depending on the clothes you are wearing, but a magnificent pair of traps that go right up to your ears will stand out even in a suit and a big winter coat.

I've been doing Fronts once a week since I reverted back to Madcow. I think this has helped me considerably. My squat has never felt better. Repped 275x5 last night and could have gone more!

Squats felt great again. No problem with this weight. I tried my new belt at 245 and it was terribly uncomfortable. Maybe it was too high up my abdomen. Who knows, but it did not allow me to get to depth before shooting me forward. Maybe sitting back even more will help maybe I wasn't upright enough? I dropped the belt and used the flimsy, velcro belt.
