The weird part of this, to me, is that Rogan thinks he's ever relying more on the president than the cabinet. There are certainly instances where that is true.... but the cabinet informs the president. His information comes from the people he delegates to. His decisions are based on that information.

Anyway, I don't care for the false dichotomy of "him or him". You vote or do not vote based on the country you want. I don't think yo u need vote for Trump because you are NOT voting for Biden.

Experts cannot say that as it's against their ethics to give diagnostics over the internet.
My take on it is that both Trump and Biden are slightly senile or "aged". Not as in completely retarded, but they both seem to say and do a lot of stupid stuff. Bernie looks the best of them mentally but he just had a heart attack.
However, I'm not an expert.

Same person that spoke on Trump’s state of mind on national television is reluctant to speak on Biden’s. All of sudden she is ethical, or quite simply just a hypocrite. I think the latter.

His base is made up mostly of young college students, who haven't spent a day in the real world. They're also his loudest and most obnoxious supporters by far.

Regardless, the simple fact is he couldn't garner enough support to beat Biden. There's no conspiracy, or brainwashing behind it. He's just not as popular as you seem to think he is. Socialism in general, is not as popular you seem to think it is. On top of that, he's old as fuck, and suffered a heart attack during the primaries. Not a great motivating factor for voters.

He lost. Get over it. You guys are getting worse than Hillary supporters, with all your excuses.
