The True GOAT

Max has a long way to go, but a lot of potential.

Yes, Conor has improved a lot since their fight, but so has Max.

1a GSP
1b Fedor
2-10 several dudes with asterisks, and a few like Max who are well positioned to climb the ranks but have more work to do
Almost agree with you but 1a is Fedor... he never cut weight to duck bigger opponents and he never greased to fight smaller ones.

Nah he just grabbed the ropes to avoid getting taken down by a smaller fighter

You are going to equate "greasing" and cutting weight to duck same size or bigger opponents to "grabbing the ropes" once? Let's assume those are equal (no moron would) and get to tapping to an armbar with 1 second left on the clock, not even trying to defend and then tapping to strikes against a guy who wasn't even ranked when he was the champion. I will let you put that in the same category as fighting a 7ft 350lb unranked guy. You know, they were essentially the same "guy" (Serra and Choi) fighting both St. Pierre and Fedor.

I’m saying Fedor cheated against a smaller fighter in Lindland by holding the ropes to stop getting taken down.

Well done on bringing up 2 losses ages ago meanwhile Fedor has lost countless times since

"Ages ago" is how you justify GSP losing in his prime to a guy who did not lose for 10 years and 30 fights? Let's see how many fights GSP has in him after his retirement. He got through Bisping and that was awesome, as I am a GSP fan, but do you think if he fought 10 more times he wouldn't lose any of them?

Fedor grabbed a rope against a "same sized" fighter, GSP slathered himself in Vaseline against a smaller fighter. GSP got squashed in his prime by a smaller, unranked fighter and GSP lost in his first attempt at a championship. Also, GSP cut weight to fit into a smaller division. He, admittedly, walks around at 200lbs+ but fights at 170. Fedor walks around at 220-230 and fights at 220-230.

Ages ago as those losses happened 14 and 11 years ago respectively and he lost to Hughes in his 8th pro fight. Anyway GSP hasn't lost since then - Both losses were avenged. Meanwhile again Fedor has lost countless times since.

Lol at Lindland being a same sized fighter. Lol at GSP walking around at 200lbs+.

Fedor got KO'd by a OAP MW

Do you remember how old Fedor was at the time of his first loss? Kicking an aging fighter when he's down isn't nearly the same as pointing out a fighter who ducks guys his own size and lost in his prime years.

Excuses. GSP came back after being retired for 4 years post 2 ACL injuries and beat the MW champion at an older age than what Fedor was when he lost to Werdum
