There are too many DDPs

I understand your frustration my #UFCFriend. I call DDP "Diamond Dallas" and omit "Page", but now it was confuse with "Diamond" Dustin. So then I call him Dustin Diamond "Peahead", but it was still DDP. I even try to call DDP "Dricus" but then I mistake him for Richard Dreyfuss, who was not even part of this DDP category o_O!! #Confuse

So many much choices but not one acceptable method of solving this problem.

I guess I'm the only pervert here who thinks of Double Double Penetration
That's DVDA.

Joe Young: DVDA?

DVDA Porn Actress: Yeah, double-vaginal double-anal. It's the only way a woman of my age will get work in this industry. If you don't think that splits me open like a turkey on Thanksgiving, heh...

Dave the Lighting Guy: HEY, LADY! We're ready for the DVDA shot!

DVDA Porn Actress: [smiles] Nice talkin' with ya, kid.

It's pretty easy to tell them apart. One of them is African.
Common misconception

While the terms Cajun and Creole in the USA both typically refer to Louisiana natives, they aren’t the same thing.
Daniel Cormier is an example of a fighter who is described as Creole since he is of African descent.
That said, Dustin Poirier is Cajun which means he in not of African descent.

Same region of the USA; different genetic makeup.
You dig?
