Khabib fought Al on short notice as well. Al beat healthy tanklet Lee (twice). Ferguson fought Lee afflicted with staph which is an infection that makes anyone afflicted feel tired and drained on top of other medical risks. Add staph on top of Lee's inherently poor cardio and you get the scenario when Lee gassed in the second round, but not before mounting Ferguson with ease and staying on top until the very end of the round.

Because Khabib's opponent was finalized before Ferguson was ready to return. No one is going to cancel already agreed upon bouts just to cater to a pullout merchant, especially bouts of that magnitude.

One kept acquired his belt because he saved the card by agreeing to fight a dangerous replacement on a short notice and was rewarded for it. The other was stripped because he failed to show up to his title defense as an interim champ (aka paper champ in Ferguson's own words). The only one who needs to pull someone's dick out of his mouth is you - a hypocrite implying that Khabib (the person who was going into a TITLE FIGHT) at UFC223 should have been punished for El Duckuy pulling out (punished by making Khabib's fight at UFC223 a non-title fight).

whats funny about this video is that hes using the low handle while still in the upper handles set up. If he flipped the bar around, he would have better access to the lower handle. this clip is iconic
 
As soon as khabib fought his first 5 round fight in ufc he realized he has no chance against tony

Yes they were signed on to fight 4 times prior

But that was before khabib experienced a 5 round ufc fight

He now knows tony will end him before that final bell

Not really, he was found to be unreliable and had told others he was a snitch, so likely he was ratting out the NYPD as well. The FBI tested him and found him unreliable and tried to deport him.

Man, Tony seriously grows on you. I used to think he was mega cringe. He still may be, but he is a bad motherfucker, 100% authentic, and every one of his fights is a must see.
 
Ali is probably using his contacts to inform on the regions his fighters come from, he has access to anywhere in these countries , would be a great agent to have, would explain where he get's all his money from as well.

No I do not. But, it sounds like some new people or entities are trying to crowd their way in there. Has it always been like this for the guy or is this new? Will it affect his fighting? That is what we don't know. Will be interesting to see. He should murk Cerrone on paper, but when the walls are talking to you, all bets are off.
