I'd rather point at the Democrats, who soon after the Virginia Tech shooting, had the Presidency, super majorities in the Senate and House, and could pass anything they wanted.

Number of gun control laws brought up to a vote from Jan 2009 to Jan 2011 - None.

Democrats want capitalize on the tragedy of these events to push the agenda of demonizing Republicans and get Democrats elected. They couldn't give a shit less about kids being murdered in schools.

Neither is electing Democrats when even when they had complete control over the federal government's process of passing laws, and they sat on their hands.

But, wait! 10 years later Democrats are out of power and another school schooting occured! Lets demonize the Republicans and blame them for the murdered kids! It's an election year everybody, and we don't have control over the Senate or House! Yes! Lets get majorites in both, and then NOT pass any gun control laws!

Because, in reality, its not about gun control, or the guns, or the dead kids, it is all about power.... in Washington DC.

Like when I first started reading economics, it was books by capitalists. Hayek. Friedman etc. I noticed I was getting just as much an "education" on communism as I was capitalism because that is what they are trying to knock over. Then after that I go to Marx and others and have them educate me on capitalism. All bases are covered. capitalism from the capitalist side. capitalism from the communist side. communism from the capitalist side. communism from the communist side.
