I always ask for a porter or a stout and then get told they dont have either one so I end up with another fucking IPA because thats all they ever have
I really regret trying to turn everyone on to IPA's 20 years ago cause now I am really reaping what I sewed

Or they say they have an imperial stout, and you find out after a few of them that they're like 700% alc/vol and cost $25.

I enjoy IPAs, I know those beers are tied to hipster pussies, but for me it’s nice have a strong beer that I can sip on, I’m not a fan of putting back 6 to 7 bud lights for a slight buzz
