Which political issue gets under your skin the most?

Antifa. I get legit angry thinking about that bs.

I bunch of noodle armed wiener kids employed as baristas and undertaking a bachelors in sociology and gender theory putting on ski masks and acting like they're hard. And when shit gets to real they run behind the police they claim to despise. Need to get stomped.

People really need to know that Antifa is a street gang of teenage punks, that fight other teenage punks that call themselves neo-Nazis, at concerts.

They always existed. Why the media started covering them is beyond me.

Oh I don't know. The pussification of whiners about the invisible 'threat' of PC culture. Oh yeah, and hop up and salute that flag you black dogs. smh

Trust tyrannical big business but distrust representative government.

Right wing Laborers who despise labor unions.

Tax cuts and deregulation run our economy.

America is past racism bc of Bill Cosby, Oprah Winfrey, and Michael Jordan.

How about another Benghazi investigation? Let's have a bakers dozen.

The Clintons head up a tight crackerjack team of murderous desperadoes.

Propaganda exists in other countries, not the US....back to Rush, Sean, Bill, Tucker, and the dogs of war aka women of fox.

American Big Business cares about customers bc it cares about profits: except for Big Tobacco, Monsanto, Citibank and on and on

Child and slave labor no longer exist in American business.

This is like fucking Jays potato chips, you just can't stop at one.

"Communism has never been tried" combined with "socialism isn't accepted because Americans don't understand it"

that is a pretty big one for me too

probably the main one for me is (to borrow and tweak a Trumpism), -- 'Wealth derangement syndrome".

This is the effect that nice, really expensive privately owned things have on certain people who fancy themselves as defenders of the poor. They are the kind of people who drive by a big nice estate with beamers, mercs, and jags (and god forbid a Ferrari) and the only thing they can think to say about it is "Uhhh, that is just obscene, I mean who the hell actually needs that?"

It is similar to the attitude expressed by Judas when the woman was pouring VERY expensive ointment onto the feet of Jesus.

"Why wasn’t this perfume sold and the money given to the poor? It was worth a year’s wages."

The thing is that nice things creates layers of benefit at all socio-economic levels.

On sherdog,
Imported outrage porn.
Getting all worked up something happening which doesn't effect you in a country you never previously gave a shit about.

In general.
Resistance to renewable energy.

The outright costs of suppressing investment in renewables will lead reduced competitiveness of countries beholden to the lobbying dollars of big fossil fuel companies. And i am not just talking about future compliance i mean the cost of lack of investment in energy infrastructure.
Most infuriating is that no small number of people honestly believe carbon emitters with literally hundreds of trillions at risk couldn't kill anti carbon beliefs if the science was really on their side.

I can't nail down one particular issue. What gets under my skin most is fake outrage, being easily offended, and politically correct culture.

I gotta ask, given this, which side are you on as far as the anthem protests go?

On topic, probably the environment and the lengths people will go to convince themselves we have no impact. Forget climate change, just simple upkeep of our natural resources and maintaining access to safe drinking water and the ability to grow sufficient food.

Followed closely behind by the apologists for corporate interests who would see America a Wild West for billionaire con-men, as long as a little of the wealth trickled down their pant leg.

Islam apologists. This is actually getting people killed.

The thing that bothers me goes back a step further. I wish we'd never stuck our dicks in the hornet's nest of Islam in the first place. In the 90s those people were being contained by oppressive regimes in Saddam, Assad and the Taliban, and we should have left them as they were.

After 9/11, Bin Laden and the Al Qaeda command should have been taken out by special forces, and nothing else. Our politicians wiped out Afghanistan and Iraq, and supported a terrorism insurgency in Syria, all which did nothing to benefit us at all, all it did was unleash the religion of terror.

Presumably there's some sort of massive collective guilt amongst western politicians for wiping out two countries and supporting a terrorists in the third, because they now think it's a good idea to invite people who follow that same religion into our country, and then act surprised when they commit acts of terror.

You are absolutely correct. People look at rulers like Saddam, Gaddafi or Assad and think they are brutal dictators oppressing poor, well meaning innocent people. When the reality they are crazy guys who are necessary to keep even more crazy people in check. Some things are just better off left alone.

The attack on TPP was crazy and annoying to me as well as the attack on NAFTA.

Also people that don't understand the difference between socialism and Tax & Transfer programs.

Maybe not issue but the practice of announcing new/increased spending without stating how to pay for it.

We have an election in the spring in Ontario, and our Liberal govt has started with this: "we will double chicl care spots for kids under 4" ... great, but how the fuck you goon pay for that?

Conservatives do the same thing but usually with tax cuts.

Yeah its like that in the US. But the actual ANTIFA has a long history of trying to gain political power in Europe.
I would put their potential danger level at the same as Neo-Nazi groups they shouldn't be underestimated.

As far as the topic goes campaign finances. It should be illegal to donate to a campaign or politician more than like 50$.
How you enforce that I don't know. But the money needs to be taken out of politics.

Emotionally - Identity politics

Rationally - The push for mass immigration

Giving hormones to a 5 year old boy who happens to like his sister's dolls and fucking him up for life

The debt and deficit. Hardly anyone is actually interested in lowering the latter, much less even approaching a solution to the former.
