Probably the Polish hammer, I still see him post from time to time. Sherdog has become real lenient in the past couple of years but from 05-08 You would get banned for sneezing too hard. You would have to be bland as fuck to survive imo. The funny guys always got the boot.

I remember a few of the banmaggedons ,you used to scroll through threads and a lot of the posters were banned or had double yellow cards.

hey, back in the day if you wanted to "rent" vhs mma/nhb fighting in the video stores .. they were placed in the adult/porno section, behind a curtain.

because at that time mma/nhb occupied a real sketchy part of social sports consciousness.

it was unacceptable to the mainstream. Not like now where it's wholly accepted. The violence was seen as shocking.

I was ~ 20-21 at the time.
