UFC reaches deal with Disney/ESPN

ESPN has turned soft. Everything is about race... and they are making it a point to have way too many women sports anchors.

Just when you thought the UFC was dying and turning into a Mickey Mouse promotion...

Oh, boy! Time to lock more exclusive content behind additional paywalls! Based UFC.

This will be interesting to watch where this takes the UFC

Moving to a platform that fucking nobody subscribes to, that isn't even on actual television? And you have to pay for it in addition to Fight Pass? Holy shit lol this seems like an awful idea

Wonder what happens for people outside the US who don't get espn+

Britain maybe broadcast on regular espn? Or fight pass?

Women sports anchors? How dare they?

Yeah fight pass is already a paying service to watch old content and fight nights now they want to milk more money for fight nights on espn+ whatever that is

Good news FIght Pass subscribers: Now you can add ANOTHER monthly subscription bill, in order to follow the UFC.

WWE has 2 shows a week with better tv ratings I would imagine

WWE is the more legitimate organisation.

Looks like ESPN didn't want to pay for full fightpass rights, but you still get the full library on ESPN+. Not much reason to buy fightpass in the States anymore, unless you really want to see the early prelims and 3rd party shows(Invicta, Cage warriors..etc.). The deal is rumored to be 150 million for 5 years.
Non-exclusive access to UFC’s full archive of programming, including historic events, classic bouts, and original programming
