He does possess a good bit of ingenuity, more so than most for sure. The guy can build damn near anything and do anything he sets his mind to. He's very inventive, reminds me of people down home in the sticks. My dad's the same way as Bryce, just not far out there.

A touch too much credit, imo. There's been multiple occasions of dumb crowds chanting "USA" in support of a fighter NOT from the USA because the opponent is ALSO NOT from the USA, but is also brown. And it ain't usually in blue areas

I'm not aware of any specific example, though I'm sure they are out there.

I think last time belial fought, they were chanting USA in support of his opponent (don't recall who it was) even though Belial is from Chicago. I remember one of the announcers making a quip about that. Though, Belial did walk out with and choose to represent the Palestinian flag. (I think he carried both, iirc). Shortly after this, UFC stopped letting fights carry flags out, but I think that isn't a rule any more.


Either way, I don't think it's possible to blame one side or the other any more than ignorance/casual Fandom, or simply wanting to chant USA.

I've been to multiple concerts and sporting events that have seen USA chants with no specific connection to the athletes/singers/performers/etc.
