Cut it short. I think I managed to screw up my right hamstring in last week's basketball tournament or post tourney drinking. It's bothered me all week but I thought it would work itself out. It hasn't so I cut squats off early.
Had to cut down some.saplings for a friend yesterday. Nothing bigger than 6" but about halfway through the job I started getting weird back pumps so I skipped yesterday's weight session. Started to twinge today and just said fuck it.
