yeah you're depriving yourself of great source of vitamins/minerals and dietary cholesterol.
I meant when you sleep HGH is released and that is when your muscle repair and grow. That's what I thought.
you're not taller than me or lankier than me and I LB squat much heavier than you. I am 6'3 175lbs and my arms are very long. my squat is up to 265x5. (I'm still on stronglifts). there are many tall powerlifters who squatted lowbar. Tom Magee and Konstantinovs come to mind at first.

maybe there is a need to be worried though. pesticide chemicals are fat soluble so you store them and they bio-accumulate. of course it may not effect you right away but if you have children you could pass it to them and increase the chances of developmental problems, cancers, or other bad...
do you guys shop organic vegetables or do you not give a flying fuck about pesticides? just curious. I heard spinach carried over 50 different pesticide residues; that's some scary shit.

thinking about...

I know for sure that many NFL players juice/blend their fruits. Juice their strawberries, bananas..you name it.
Maybe the key to increasing strength/speed...
yeah for fighting/martial arts calisthenics is fine. it will definitely not hurt.
pushups, dips, pull ups, inverted rows, neck bridges, muscle ups, bw squats etc..
