“UFC 300 is the greatest card ever” - Dana

Even without the main event set

10 current/former champs

3 men’s p4p (Charles, max, aljo)

3 women’s p4p (Zhang, Yan, Andrade)

16 ranked fighters (out of 22 total)

Even with the unranked ppl you got

2x PFL champ + 2x gold medalist Kayla making her debut

Miller & lopes fighting top 15s to become ranked

Bo a clear future champ

Former champ Cody (insane that he isn’t even ranked anymore)

Multiple fighters who you can make genuine cases for being the most exciting in their division (Zhang, max, Gaethje, Charles, Andrade, fig, Cody, lopes)

18/22 of the fighters have headlined ufc cards before

I get an excessive amount of idiots expected there to be a bunch of retired fighters and champion vs champion fights, but I don’t see what metrics make this not a good card lol

It’s stacked to fuck

I haven’t heard of any solid reasoning as to why it’s not, it’s the same stupid thing reasoning
- don’t like the matchups (awful opinion)
- not enough “high stakes” (untrue)

Everything is always the best ever, the biggest ever, etc. with them. Ufc 300: hyperbolic

The bar has been set so low now, the card is nowhere near as good as UFC 73 or UFC 92. It doesn't even have a main event LOL. You have to remember its only relative to the time, and those cards were so much better. UFC 299 is much better also.

LOL, I am not even going to entertain the idea that UFC 92 is even close to UFC 300. The main card had to weak fights with Kongo and Dolloway fighting nobobdies. The prelim was average at best. There were better cards back then than the two you mentioned. If were talking relative to the time, then there is no point to even compare the two.

Why don't you wait for the main event and the other fight to be announced.

Even comparing it to 299, 300 is a better card no question.

Found Dana’s burner.

There's ike 5 wmma and sub 155 fights. No hw fight. Only title fight is wmma.
It's solid. Put a big main event and it's ok

Based on what exactly? Knocking out a welterweight on a week's notice?

I disagree Dana

Have a weird feeling that Aspinall vs DC is going to mail event 300. DC said he knows who the main is. Also pulled from the booth this week. Not to mention potentially sets up that Jones fight at heavyweight. Aspinall wins and they created a main stream star

Okay ur right

Bo might not be champion one day

The card is shit now and the other 10 points I made don’t matter
