Beef vs Pork Ribs

I don't think I've had beef ribs. Guess I'll put that on the to-do list.
 
Depends on mood, really.

If I'm looking for some "good eats", gotta get some baby backs with cornbread and green beans.

If I'm looking for something more intricate, wine braised beef short ribs with some creamy polenta or risotto and some roasted veggies.

I have a couple different recipes I make for both. They're different though, and I think trying to make one the same way you make the other isn't the right idea.
