Moore, Franken, and the rest need to step away or a state referendum needs to happen for each and they can decide if they want those people to continue to represent them. Accusations are bad but they are not formal convictions. If a jury of peers can determine guilt or innocence then a state of voters can determine representation when there are no formal charges.
Otherwise we now have path to out any official we don't like without due process
There is a strange precedent here... where Republicans get elected into office despite sexual assault, and Dems get outted and removed for sexual misconduct.
