I started deadlfiting again last week after not deadlifting, squatting, or training my legs in any way for almost 3 months lol.
I pulled 607 lbs on Friday on a power bar and competition discs. My sumo form is still shit and it looks like I'm doing a sumo SLDL, but it's slowly getting better. My upper body is really strong right now, but my legs are super weak. My previous best sumo set was an ugly 550x3.
