The narrative that he was ever afraid of anyone is one of the most pathetic and idiotic things that goes on around here. He absolutely destroyed everybody at FW.. But people say well he did not fight Frankie. Even though he claims to have offered to fight Frankie. The haters claim he is lying. He fights the best grappler at light weight probably of all time. Now people say well he is scared of a rematch. You can’t make this shit up.

Conor is saying he wants to fight. He could easily just sit out and still get a rematch even if Khabib has another fight before it and is instead saying he'll fight regardless of if it's Khabib next or not.

Christ on a cross... it always comes back to money with you. Conor wants to fight, he can fight someone coming off a loss just like he is. In no way did we see a possibility where a rematch with Khabib goes different. It wasn't a close decision loss, it wasn't all that competitive and nowhere was Conor close to winning.

That makes shit sense. What has that gatekeeper no fighting primadonna done to fight Conor again? Let Diaz fight another gatekeeper.
 
Even from a fight standpoint he lost round 1.

Illegal elbows were his high point in that round while being physically dominated by another man.

Khabib's fight IQ was on full display in round 1. He wasn't trying to inflict a tonne of damage. He was smothering Conor and draining what little he had in his tank so that his shots had nothing on them. That allowed him to drop Conor in the 2nd and then being the beating.

Khabib was not only the better fighter in that match but he was much more highly intelligent. This was GSP level fight IQ.

He's part of the 2nd biggest fight in UFC history. It's 1-1. This is the decider. It's a massive box office success. It's a winnable fight for Conor with less risks and more rewards than Lee or Ferguson. It makes total sense from the UFC point of view if they aren't doing an immediate rematch.

You can bet your money if he beat Khabib people would still hate him and call Khabib humble

Ok lets call a spade a spade. He doesn't admit to losing fair and square. He gives tons of excuses, calls khabibs hand a blessing, and basically states giving khabib his back in the 4th was his mistake, not a result of perfect grappling by khabib. And he doesn't want an immediate rematch because for the first time in this whole ordeal, Conor is being smart. He knows another starching (which is totally inevitable) will be a huge blow to his aura
