People don't buy apartments in the US to live in?Wait, they bought an apartment...? Are they going to rent it out?
People don't buy apartments in the US to live in?
Real question. Your question for me confused.
He was rich before he bought the UFC...
You don't believe in souls and spirits and stuff like that? Because i believe there is an afterlife but it's not like life here on earth. It's just conscienceness. Just to think we are all a bunch of meat bags and life has no meaning and once we die we cease to exist. That fucking sucks shit! What kind of sick and demented creator would we have if that were true? Sorry to get deep on this one. As a student of mathematics it makes no sense. It's like zero equation leading to something other than zero. I can't wrap my mind around it. Fuck it, I guess we are all gonna find out someday. Some say far far away. If there is something great! If not. Who cares. We won't feel it anyway. Lol. But I hope there is. I like reincarnation ideas. Come back as a bald eagle.I doubt it dude
Everything that dies in a sense turns to something else, we will make fantastic worm food and maybe like that run up the food chain
But consciousness is a part of our brain, it unfortunately dies with it
Nah, man...it's all of dat Reebok money that was siphoned off the backs of Hungry-man Fighters.WME money
Al Iaquinta, everybody!People who live that lifestyle deserve a slow and painful death on their way out of this life
This is surely an investment property, the cheapest that place will be, minus a temp real estate market crash or scandal, will be the pre-construction price. Hard to believe, but even a billionaire like him wants more.seems like a bad idea, post 9-11
I don't know why a wealthy person would want to live that close to other people. Lack of privacy and potential fire risk from someone else's mistake. I'd rather get something on it's own space like what Tom Brady got for 20 mil. Much nicer.
People buy condos which are pretty much glorified apartments. The term apartment usually refers to something that's nowhere near as glamorous as these...!
What does one have to do with the other?
He sunk 70 million into an apartment. NFL franchises are approaching $2Billion. Since he won't be getting an NFL franchise he doesn't need to hold on to his cash.
One has nothing to do with the other
There are financing, minority partners, etc
You don't "finance" an NFL franchise. Cash only, with partners perhaps, but no financing.

70M for a place where you are living with hundreds of other people like a kid going to his first day of college
Jesus, that's just 20 million?seems like a bad idea, post 9-11

I've always assumed it was to be closer to most high-paying jobs in the country.
I guess I'm not a city guy. Why would you want to share a building with other people? My main fear, when I think about living in those high-rise apartments, is a fire breaking, trapping you upstairs.
That said...2/10....would not domicile.
