True, but everyone knows a lot of things -- for instance everyone knows that that 95% of Sherdoggers could have beat GSP in his prime, because everyone knows GSP was horribly overrated and really didn't even belong in the UFC (seriously, people say this, go to a sports bar when the UFC is showing and listen to some of the conversations).

I tend to think GSP only came out of retirement for the money, and he would have fought whoever commanded the biggest purse, whatever their weight division. Bisping was the biggest available money fight (Connor was bigger, but GSP wasn't getting that fight without losing a lot of the weight he put on from sitting on his butt doing nothing for four years).

So DC at HW is the same as LHW DC? Even though jon HIMSELF admitted DC is better at HW and went as far as to say it's "his zone"

Anyone who simply defends JJ ducking HW by posting a pic of a NC at LHW, at the result of cheating is WELL below average intelligence and should be banned.

He is going up soon enough. And LHW is the most legendary class in MMA history. Has the most HOF fighters in it. A lot of whom are on Jones resume.

Jones has the best resume and embarrassed the guy who gave Silva hell for 23 minutes.

Equivalent of Jones fighting Volkov or Black Beast for the HW belt

As devil's advocate, one could say that DC knows how to carry that weight around and Jones doesn't. Jones may be super slow at HW. He isn't used to carrying around the extra weight.

But he also may benefit from not having to cut. DC certainly seems like a better fighter to me without cutting.

That's still an interesting fight, no matter how you cut it.
 
JBJ just likes to stick to his own weight class is all there is to it, nothing bad about that.

Yeah sure. If Jon went down to 185lbs and had a decent record there with a couple of bad losses plus up tp HW to fight some journeyman and some good HW in bad shape, it would do wonders for him. Actual good wins does not matter the most. Weird nonsense needs to be factored in
 
Not everyone is able to constantly win, so they look for easier fights in other weight classes.
