i think this term legendary is very subjective.
tito ortiz is a popular and charismatic early ufc personality but his peformance/record isn`t great.
he is 19-11-1.

and outside the ring he just pimped some porn stars and nowadays he supports trump. thats it. nothing special imo.

people just say he is a legend because of old ufc melancholic thoughts.

He carried the UFC in the early years and was one of the first MMA fighters to enter the mainstream.
