Thoughts thus far... Glad to be down to 206-207 upon waking. But not happy with my reliance on shakes to get my protein requirement. I need to get more meant and other protein into the diet.

thanks for reading. this food log has proven to be the only thing that maeks me be accountable enough to actually lose weight. once i add in some fat burners and get on the new program with William Wayland, things should progress very quickly. :icon_twis
