-Sacramento sheriff to investigate Nate Diaz for alleged battery in Combate Americas incident

No he isn't. Hes trying to get paid that Conor money. Smart but a bitch move when you fight for a living.
in my opinion it depends on the situation. If they were having an argument then Guida turned his back on him and Diaz gave him a normal push and he tripped. then I'd say it is a bitch move to press charges/sue. If Nate blindsided him and threw him into a metal rail then it's appropriate.

I'm with Guida. Fuck this G-code street-dawg "all in da game" horseshit. He pushed Clay from behind into a fuckin guardrail. I'm sure if I looked up the G-code, that'd be listed under "Bitch moves," no doubt. Clay already beat him and was calling him out recently; he's not afraid of Nate. The only other possible way to own him is to sue his ass.

Jason Guida needs to attack the Diaz Bros hippie bike marathons with a dolly now. Retaliation is a must.

Also, good job promoting your event Combate Americas. I had no clue

Nate trying so hard to convince everyone he's a tough guy.
You're still Nick's pillow fisted little brother. This red panty wearing little diva wigger doesn't even go grocery shopping without some of his stockton homies for back up.
You ain't the sharpest tool in the shed if you're calling someone from Stockton with the last name "Diaz" a wigger lol

This is like some Prison Break shit.
Nate gonna get himself jailed so he can bust Conor out the joint and have a 3rd fight

Guida called him out to have a PROFESSIONAL fight, Nate refused. So, Guida rightfully called the cops, right decision, the thug wannabe Diaz should be punished.

Fuck you

The Bitch is Nate for being a so called "professional" and acting like a punk.

Same goes for his but buddy Conor.

Nate is a .500 fighter that Conor made famous he should blow Conor one more time then stick to getting smashed by the Clay Guida's of the world.
.500?

I recall some of my friends acting this way when we were teenagers. Even then I thought it was try hard and pathetic. The fact he is still doing it at my age is just depressing.

Agree. Diaz should man up instead of punk up . bitchass move from behind with your punk backup.

Pathetic how these 30 year olds walk around in matching shirts and acting gangsta like a bunch of 16 year olds.

if they were having a heated argument and Guida turned his back to Nate so Nate pushed him to say "don't turn your back to me" but Guida fell and only busted his lip , then the cops should not be involved.

If Nate came up behind him and threw him into a metal guard rail on purpose then it's reasonable to get the cops involved.

Good. Hopefully Clay can get some good civil lawsuit $$$ from red panties Nate.

Why doesn’t the sheriff meet Nate in the octagon if he thinks he’s so tough?

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department will be looking into Nate Diaz and his involvement in a near brawl that broke out Friday night at a Combate Americas event, MMA Fighting has learned

Deputies responded to the event, which took place at the McClellan Conference Center in McClellan Park, Calif., after a scuffle broke out. Officers took an incident report from UFC fighter Clay Guida, who is accusing Diaz of battery, per Sacramento sheriff spokesperson Sgt. Shaun Hampton.

Guida’s manager John Fosco told MMA Fighting that Diaz shoved Guida from behind unprompted, causing Guida to stumble into a metal guardrail and split open his lip. Sources on the scene told MMA Fighting that Guida was bleeding in the aftermath of the incident.

Tyler Diamond, Guida’s training partner at Team Alpha Male and a cast member on The Ultimate Fighter 27, took to Twitter on Friday night to accuse Diaz of slapping him during the altercation.

The case against Diaz will now be assigned to a detective and the sheriff’s department will open up an investigation, Hampton said.

“If it is found the victim was assaulted then a warrant request will be completed and submitted to the District Attorney’s office for review,” Hampton said. “The filing decision will be up to the DA.”
