1210- 4 min walk, 28 min jog. Not really happy with this jog. Only ran 9 laps/2.25 miles. Really bad for me. I'm going to run a 1.5 mile test on Saturday, just to see where I am at regarding 1.5 mile times. Next week, it will be the 5k running.

Was supposed to be a 30 min jog. Was really a 23 min jog, then a 2 min cooldown. Didn't have the headphones that wrapped around my ears, so I couldn't listen to music as I ran. Sucks. Since I'm getting wisdom tooth taken out tomorrow, will put this on hold for a bit. I'll probably just do some long ass walks on the treadmill just for something since no heavy exercise for a few days.
