The Prohibited List is set by WADA. Athletes aren't allowed to contest it. They can't contest a substance being on the list, and they can't contest how it's catagorized. So when he fails for a substance that, were it properly catagorized, wouldn't be banned out of competition, and would only have a 1 year max instead of 2, yes, it's unfair. He should have known, and he was negligent, but the fact they're banning people for for it out of competition is still horseshit.
