Some people never learn, or are unwilling to change, and all you can do is bury them in a cell and leave them there. This is one of those people. Sad that someone would waste their life and taxpayers dollars like this, but it happens.

I know this isnt the UK but I want to southern Ireland for a week and saw a guy fighting the police outside a bar in Galway. About an hour later he was back outside the bar haha. I had never seen that before. Guess its time to update the laws in the UK and southern Ireland imo.
