Notes: Felt great. Squats were pretty light and my deadlift lockout continues to feel stronger. I think the heavier RDLs I've been doing lately are helping. Was going to do five triples at 445, but my buddy is in town and we had plans to go day-drinking so I cut it short and just went all out on the last set.

Not too heavy, but zero pain which is awesome.
 
I deadlifted 160kg beltless off a deficit which is a PR, probably with some left. Hamstring physiotherapy seems to be working so trying not to piss it off.
 
Last week pulled 365 x 2, later in week paused 315 w/ belt. Today pulled pause 325 no belt.

Notes: Was lazy and only lifted on Tuesday so far this week. Did a bit of everything today to make up for it. Bench finally feels like it's coming around again now that I'm doing it more than twice a month. Squats have been feeling great. Deadlifts were heavy but manageable.
 
Well i competed yesterday and went 612/655/683x. 655 moved really slowly and was kind of a grind so I knew something was a little off. I could have tried more of a conservative 3rd attempt, but I wanted a pr. 683 wasn't even close and I got it to slightly above my knees. I didn't peak correctly and made a few mistakes the day of the meet. It's always a little disappointing, but that's the way it goes sometimes.

Notes: Pretty pumped about deadlifts. Was just going to feel them out and go by how I felt because I was up all night drinking for a fantasy draft and the fight. Form felt crisp. My old sticking point has gotten way better, my lockout is a lot smoother. I think I'll go for a new 1RM soon.
