Farmers Walks - 2x30 yards, 4x45's on the rig
Quick workout today during lunch. Deadlifts felt ok - didn't push it too much, lower back was acting a little weird. Not sure if just sore from the travel, or if it was getting ready to explode. So I did careful singles. 160KG is still the most I've deadlifted in quite a while, so its an improvement. Bench was hard, but minimal complaints from my shoulder, so that's positive as well. Didn't do DB Rows, bi's or tris due to time, and cut the Farmers Walks short due to lack of chalk - hands were sweaty. I'll bring chalk next time.
