So this sick fuck and his friends got together for dinner and watched videos of mass shootings. 6 other Saudis are being held for questioning, not yet declared terrorism. One of the victims of the shooting was Mohammed Sameh Haitham so either he was just firing indiscriminately and killed three, or one of the three he killed (at least looked like) a Muslim.

There are currently 850 Saudi military personel in the US under similar training and partnership programs.

Gun free doesn't mean guns can't exist there it just means penalties are increased if you have or use one in those areas. Many times these are high security areas with armed security like a military base.

There's a freaky amount of vids of mass shootings in 4chan type places. Recently the Christchurch shooting go pro, there's security footage of Columbine.

Saudi was receiving pilot training at Pensacola Naval Air Station. Considering the number of injured, sounds more like Jihadism, unless he had beefs with all of them or some victims were caught in the crossfire or tried to neutralize him.
