Kayla needs to work on her boxing. The description above holds very true. Kayla took a lot of damage staying committed to those single leg attempts. You saw in the 5th (and between the 4th and 5th on the stool) that her will was broken. She had exhausted her only avenue to victory when it becomes a real fight.

I wonder if she tries to cut to 145 and move to the UFC.
Curious how long 155lb division can last.

I'm sure she can make 145, but I'm thinking she makes way more cash by staying in PFL. Dana's not likely to give her that kind of money.

I think Kayla leaves and PFL decides to do a Featherweight tourney, since most of their LW ladies were really just FWs who didn't cut any weight.

Oh yeah I wasn't wondering if she could make 145.
She used to be able to make 135 when in UFC the first time.

Good call on the 145lb tourney. Have they ever done one?

I think Larissa could compete in UFC.

Will be interesting to see how Kayla bounces back. A lot of her opponents psyched themselves out of their fights because of the hype. Now that she has been beaten, it will give everyone more confidence. She's still going to bully the smaller women but fighters believing in themselves is important and underrated.

I leant to her sticking and moving to try avoid the clinch. Wasn't quite how I expected the fight to go tho.

If my multi hadn't made it to the final fight correctly I wouldn't have placed those bets heh.

Yeah I generally have a few parlays running. The past 8 or so ufcs I've gotten 3 to the final leg.... never hit the last leg but all my hedges have kept a good profit. One day tho.. flawless card... 1 day

Bro, for the last 5 cards in a row I've had 8 leg parlays paying huge and every single one of them has lost by 1 leg. 5 cards in a fucking row.

I did win the mults that I had my main money on, but still, I want those big ones at least once haha.

For some reason the final leg for me ( which always been the favourite ) chokes but luckily the hedges have been worth good odds

This is the most I have enjoyed watching a full fight card in a long time. I've been away from Sherdog for years and usually fuck around with twitter when watching, but following this thread made it 100% more fun for me. Thanks fellas and have a great weekend.
