If you have less empathy for someone who went through the same thing or worst then that's a clear indication that you lack empathy for that person/group.

Victim survey stats match crime stats for assault, rape, etc. No conspiracies about it, the black crime rate really just is that bad.
What are the stats for things other than pain meds though? Pain meds have obvious external explanations because of their potential for abuse and potential legal issues for doctors.
We have documented evidence of a police officer who was policing based off of behavior rather than profiling being told to target blacks instead. There are other instances of police being instructed to target blacks regardless of what they are doing. While it's true that blacks may be over-represented in certain violent crimes like homicides, the vast majority of criminal cases are for drugs, and it is clear that blacks are being targeted based on race rather than behavior in these instances.

Whites and blacks possess drugs at the same rate. However blacks are FAR more likely to be arrested for possession because they are TARGETED for stop and frisk and other tactics that single them out. That is the #1 reason why so many black men have records and it effects their job prospects and personal lives negatively. I already acknowledged that blacks proportionally commit certain violent crimes at a higher rate, such as homicide.
Black youth emulate those rappers. They are their role models. They try to look and act just like them. There's no way that doesn't have a huge effect on getting arrested for minor crimes. It's just so obvious. Who's getting arrested -- the guy smoking a bong in his room or the guy smoking a blunt in his car blasting loud rap music? Who's going to mouth off to authority figures more -- the guy with a 67% chance of being raised without a father (or mother) or the other guy? How can you not see that?
This must literally be the most persistent lie I have ever heard. There was one self reported survey that showed relatively equal levels of usage. By every other metric including blind metrics like anonymous hair and blood tests, blacks use significantly more then whites.
There are police tactics like stop and frisk where without probable cause police are instructed to stop and search young black males and that's why they are disproportionately represented for drug possession even though they use drugs at the same rate as whites. White people go out to acquire drugs too, even to black neighborhoods. They're just FAR less likely to be stopped and searched which is why they get away with it. It doesn't all come down to blasting loud music in your car while smoking a blunt. I've also seen plenty of white shit heads do the same thing FWIW. I live in a white neighborhood and recently two white boys were blasting loud rap music in front of the complex while picking up one of their friends. The relatively few black neighbors we have are quiet and respectful, however.
If it's a lie, then prove it's a lie. There's a mountain of evidence that shows that blacks are disproportionately targeted and prosecuted for drug crimes relative to their rate of drug possession. Also, define significantly more. You can start by showing a valid source.
