12:00 AM - 1.5 scoops of protein + 12 oz milk

12:30 PM - bunch of sushi...

5:00 PM - Kobe Burger + fries at Newport Bch Brew Co

7:00 PM - stuffed bell peppers (pasta, ground beef, cheese)

2:30 PM - 1.5 scoops protein + 16oz milk

6:00 PM - Lots of pizza & hot wings

3:00 PM - tuna salad sandwich

4:00 PM - 1 scoop of protein in water

6:30 PM - Grilled BBQ Chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, 1 brownie & ice cream.

8:00 PM - 1 scoop protein in water

4:00 PM - banana, handfull of almonds and a brownie.

8:45 PM - 2 home made burritos - ground beef, beans , cheese, lettuce, avocado, tomato + 2 beers

9:00 PM - 1.5 scoops of protein + 16oz milk, BLT sandwich, 1 can of Progresso Clam Chowder Soup, 1 beer

Can't believe how difficult it's been to gain weight....will I ever get to 220?

8:45 AM - 2 eggs, scrambled with onions & tomatoes. 1 bowl of Scottish oatmeal with honey, brown sugar and mixed nuts.

11:00 AM - Metrx Big100 Meal Replacement bar

12:00 PM - 2 pieces of pizza

3:00 PM - 1.5 scoops protein in 16oz milk

5:00 PM - Banana

8:00 PM - 1.5 plates of Chicken & dumplings + 1.5 scoops of protein in 16oz milke + 1 beer

5:30 PM - plate of shrimp, rice pilaf, broccoli, portobella mushroom
9:00 PM - 1 scoop protein + 12 oz milk
9:30 PM - 1 whole Digiornio's veggie pizza. Fucking pizzed that my wife bought a veggie pizza :mad: 1 beer

*I can't believe I finished up yesterday by eating an entire pizza & still lost weight :(

10:45 AM - ham, turkey, cheese sandwich
1:30 PM - Hawaiian BBQ pulled pork, pork in banana leaves, rice, pasta salad & spam musubi
