*I can't believe I finished up yesterday by eating an entire pizza & still lost weight
8:00 AM - 2 breakfast burritos (3 eggs total w cheese)
10:45 AM - ham, turkey, cheese sandwich
1:30 PM - Hawaiian BBQ pulled pork, pork in banana leaves, rice, pasta salad & spam musubi
7:00 AM - banana
8:30 AM - 2 fried eggs with 2 pieces toast, 12 oz milk
10:45 AM - 1.5 scoops protein + 16oz milk
12:00 PM - 2 McDonalds chicken sandwiches, fries, Coke
3:00 PM - Snickers
5:00 PM - Peanut Butter & Honey sandwich, 12oz milk
7:30 PM - Couldn't find anything to eat at home so I went out & had a bunch of sushi
