Parents should be present (why trust your kids to anyone so freely) and should be respectful of class (not interrupt and distract from the instruction).

There really aren't any local BJJ competition in Windsor, Ontario. You would have to go down the 401 or across the border.

Great technique and explanation of a coach's mentality. I agree that students need to be more cognitive on how they're reactions must be in-line with the techniques being drilled. It is a good lesson in being present while training and optimizing their learning on the mats.
