seemed like a do or die move to me tbh. he wasnt going to get the sub there and there was 3 minutes of the round remaining so he had to try something fedor may not be expecting... then it failed and he promptly gave up.
you sell PPV's by being an amazing fighter. it's one of the only quantitative measuring sticks that helps prove someone is a good fighter. people may tune into catch a freak show, but to reliably pull 2 million viewers in to pay to see you fight, you have to be impressive.
if you take PPV out...
As far as I can see he got slept by champions right in their prime, outside of Rich Franklin, whom with he fought reckless than dove straight into a right hand. He was easily on the way to victory and got overconfident there.
Now I know seeing someone's body go limp is concerning, seeing...
Step forward if ..
-you crushed 30 cans in a row
-you beat 1 great fighter, e.g. big nog in his prime
-you never got finished during your streak, only gave up on the stool
ladies and gentlemen your goat: FEDOR!!
It's an interesting thought because if he had on small gloves the punch might have translated much better, since it may not have grazed Floyd's chest. One has to wonder if it was due to conor having that smaller glove size ingrained in his technique.
Although I highly doubt it.
anderson taunts all fight and runs out of time before he can land the KO, split decision to mcgregor. conor is hailed as the greatest athlete of all time
He's gone the other way before, remember the barboza fight he was saying it was close to being stopped? lol barboza was stuffing takedowns til the end and didnt take much damage at all
imagine thinking 1 inch of height negates a world of surplus wrestling skill and experience that tony has over al.
now imagine spouting this like an expert and using text formatting to make your point seem important. jesus christ.
lmao... literally was the khabib that was going to show up for tony.
not even khabib claimed he was sparring.. but you still project that retarded shit on to him, christ. the hype machine worked.
So did barboza. You were just paying too much attention to rogan acting like khabibs gnp was worth a damn and his TDs werent getting stuffed and stood up.
